I've posted this recipe before. But now I can post pictures with it!! Thanks to my honey and my new camera!
I make this a stew by adding just a little more rice. My family likes it better this way.
Stuffed Pepper Soup
2 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Cups Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Cup Chopped Onion
2 Jars of Spaghetti Sauce
2 Cups Cooked Long Grain White Rice
2 Beef Bouillon Cube
1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef with peppers and onion.
Add remaining ingredients, except rice and bring to a boil.
Add rice reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes
or until rice is tender.
