Weather in my neck of the woods...
Very fall like.  I love this time of year.

Things that make me happy...
Fall!!  Apples, pumpkins, cold days, crisp evenings.

Book I'm reading...

Homespun Hospitality

What I'm enjoying on TV...
Nothing much really.

On the menu for dinner...
Pork Roast, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots

On my To Do List...
Get ready for Andrew's birthday party
Gather things for our yard sale

New Recipe I tried or want to try...
Many things with apples.  One I found is Crumb Topped Apple Slab.

In the craft basket...
I'm going to finally start scrapbooking again with a good friend.

Looking forward to this week...

Andrew's birthday party.

Tips and tricks...
Encouragement goes a long way!

My favorite blog post this week...
No blog reading.

New Discovered blog...
Sorry nothing new.

Favorite Picture...

We were honored to be witnesses to our friend's adopting their son.  Such a joy!!

Lesson Learned...
Take things one day at a time!

On my mind...
Lots!  We went to see the movie Courageous this weekend and were blown away!!  If you have not seen this movie...you have to do so.

Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses...
Joshua 24:15
"And if it seems evil to you to serve the LORD, choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”

Thanks for visiting me at Homeschool Circus! I enjoyed your blog and it made me homesick! (I grew up in NE Ohio and we visited Amish country quite a bit). I'm following you now via GFC :-)
