Looking forward to this week...
Katrina's 17th birthday.  I can not believe how old she is getting.  She is no longer a child.  She is a young woman! It's hard letting them grow up.

Tips and Tricks...
If you find yourself without a wire brush to clean your outdoor grill...wad up a piece of foil and use that to scrub the grill.

My favorite blog post this week...
Did not have a favorite this week. But you should go on over and check out Time Travel Kitchen!!  She recreates menues from all different Eras.  SO interesting.

Blog Hopping (new discovered blog)...
The Homesteading Wife I have been reading this blog for a little while now.  She has a ton of great ideas on simple living.

Favorite Picture...

Lesson learned the past week...
Heartfelt appreciation, expressions of gratitude, not mere flattery will warm the heart of the hearer.  There is no limit to sincere compliments you can give.

On my mind...
My weight loss...I always start out really well then fizzle out.  I am working on keeping it going.  I hope it will be easier as the weather is warming up.

Devotionals, Scriputre Reading, Key Verse...
1 Corinthians 3:16
"Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?"

Boy do I hear you on the weight loss, it's SO hard to stick with it. You're doing great though :)

I can't believe Katrina's going to be 17 years old, goodness, they grow so fast.
