This is a wonderful recipe!
1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
2 strips of turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms,drained (I used fresh button mushrooms sliced)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
hot cooked rice
1 cup tasted slivered almonds
Combine all ingredients except rice and almonds in greased slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 6-8 hours. Serve over rice and garnish with almonds.
