Pork chops with Gravy

I made this last night and the pork chops were so tender and juicy! When ever I make pork chops they are always dry. So I did them this way....
Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place them in a cast iron skillet seasoned side down and sear on each side until slightely golden brown.

Remove pork chops from the skillet and add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of milk. Wisk together until well blended.

Place the pork chops back in the pan, cover and bake at 200 degrees for 1-2 hours, or until done. These were so tender and juicy. I will definatly make them this way from now on. Usually my pork chops turn out so dry.

Enjoy! Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad or green beans. I love my cast iron pan. I will be using it much more than I have.
