Thank you to Diary of a Stay at Home Mom for hosting this each week.
As I look outside my window...
Beautiful sunshine! It's supposed to be 60 degrees.
Right Now I Am...
Chatting with my husband about the tornados that hit Arkansas.
Thinking and pondering...
About purging our lives. We crave a more simple life. This means less stuff, less computer, less TV and less dependence on the cell phone.
On My bedside table...
Bible and "Amish Peace" a one year devotional I won from Tricia Goyer.
On My TV tonight...
Nothing! I plan on working outside as much as I can today. Then I want to curl up on the couch and read.
Playing on the radio...
Nothing right now. I'm enjoying old hymns when I'm doing housework.
On The Menu this week...
Monday~ Pancakes or Waffles with bacon
Tuesday~ Katrina's Birthday so we will be going out
Wednesday~ Fish Sticks and fries
Thursday~ Beef Stroganoff
Friday~ Garlic Bratwurst and fried potatoes
On My To Do List...
Get the house ready to paint. We were going to paint it a sage green color but have decided to go with a bright white instead.
Laundry
Vacuum the kitchen drawers
What I am sewing, crocheting, knitting or creating...
I want to make an apron. I have everything I need...I just need to sit down and do it.
My simple pleasure...
Sitting outside listening to the birds.
Lesson learned the past week...
How much I need God's love more than ever. I do not deserve His love. It is very humbling when you really stop and meditate on John 3:16.
Looking Around the House...
Just a small bit of picking up to do. Getting the yard raked is top of my list.
From The Camera...
On my prayer list...
People in the mid-west and south hit by tornadoes. Many towns have been devastated.
Bible Verse, Devotional...
"Keep me safe, O God, for I have come to you for refuge. I said to the LORD, "You are my Master! Every good thing I have comes from you." Psalm 16:1-2

It is a beautiful day, I'm grateful it's not cold and rainy as was originally projected. I like your photograph of that bud, it's important to take the time to pause and appreciate the Lord's handiwork. Happy birthday to Katrina!
We all keep saying the same thing about the time flying by. It's just so crazy, I feel like the weeks and especially the weekends just go by too fast.
I can't believe Katrina is turning 20 already, goodness gracious. Hope she has a great day.
Have a wonderful week my friend :)
