VeggieTales: The Little House that Stood! and Giveaway!

Well VeggieTales has done it again.  They have created a movie that is not only entertaining for the whole family but encouraging as well.  This latest production is based on the Parable of the Two Builders found in Matthew 7: 24-27 and Luke 6: 47-49.  The key to this parable is the foundations.  The house that is built on the rock shows us a life founded on a proper relationship with Christ.  It will stand the test of time so-to-speak.  But the house that is built on the sand will not stand through all the trials that it will face.  Not following God's blueprint for our lives will cause us to be overwhelmed by circumstances.

About this movie:
"When the Three Little Pigs roll into Cabbageville looking to build some new houses, they meet one builder with a plan and two without a clue!  Larry builds with hay, Mr. Lunt with bricks, but only Bob builds his houses on a firm foundation-following the wise plans from the Master Builder's Handbook!  Will the Little Piggies make the right choices when it comes to building their houses-and their lives- on solid ground? Find out in this parable that shows kids when they follow God's blueprints, they can stand strong when the storms come!"

We really enjoy all of the VeggieTale movies.  They are great family entertainment.  Even our teenage children enjoy them.  On the VeggieTale website you can even print off some fun activities to go along with the movie.  Your child can "build" a house with fun characters from the movie.
