My Monday...

The Weather... here is cold!  I am so ready for winter to leave.  We are supposed to be near 50 at the end of this week.  We shall see.

Right now I am...going through my prayer list in my head.  Listening to southern gospel music while typing up this post.

Thinking...about all I have to do in the next couple of weeks.  We were FINALLY approved to be a foster home!!  We have one more document to sign called the boarding home agreement.  It's the contract between our county and us.  Then once that is complete we will be available to take in children!  YAY!!

On my reading my Bible, review books, and books for the Bible course I'm taking at my parents church.  The first book for that course is called, "Transforming Grace" by Jerry Bridges.  The second one is called, "Grow in Grace" by Sinclair B. Ferguson.  The course title is "Growing in Grace".  Which so far is a great class.  We have 5 more weeks.

On my TV...there is nothing this week.  We are going to leave the TV off all week.  It feels great so far.

Favorite blog post...I have not have a chance to do much in the way of blog reading.

New discovered blog...nothing new to share with everyone.

On the breakfast all week.  My husband is working a split shift this week.  He is working from 12:30pm until 9:30pm.  So we are just having a late breakfast each day.  Today we had a breakfast pizza.  Tuesday is waffels.  Wednesday is egg sandwiches on english muffins.  Thursday is probably pancakes.

On my to do to put together Hannah's bunk bed.  Paint the infant/toddler bedroom.  Put the crib/toddler bed together.  And all the typical housework.  I'm starting to feel very overwhelmed typing this up.  LOL!!  I'm learning to take it one task at a time.

I'm inviting home.  It's not only inviting for my family but others as well.  Ever since we moved in here we have become the hang out house.  We have about 10 kids here at any given time.  I love it.  I remember growing up in this very house with the same thing.  My friends always wanted to hang out here.  I think it was because of my mom's cookies!!  So now I am carrying on that same tradition.

Looking forward to this week...Resurrection Sunday!

Looking around the a lot of chaos.  Boxes of this and that.  I'm purging our homeschool curriculum as well.  I'm donating a lot of it to our homeschool group for the leader to give a way as she desires.

From the a neat picture of my son.  There is no "city" in this boy at all.

On my prayer a good friend of ours who is currently undergoing a quadruple bi-pass surgery at this moment.  He is only 35 years old.  It was a wake up call for me to start taking better care of myself.  I have to start becoming serious about what I eat.  This is such a struggle for me.  I would appreciate prayers about this.

Bible verse...1 Corinthians 6:20 "For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Thank you Diary of a Stay at Home Mom for hosting this each week.

You have a super busy week ahead of you, goodness.

Love that picture of Andrew, really cute :)

Prayers for your friend and for you as well, I know it's hard, I love food so it's not easy to have to watch what you eat. I'm sure you'll do it :)
