Book Review~From the Heart of a Woman

Book Description: "So many times when author Sylvia Hensel prays, she finds herself transported to another place. She feels herself being lifted up in arms of love to a realm of oneness with her Lord. These are her personal love letters to Jesus. For many years He would not allow her to share them, but He has let her know this is the time. It is His desire that you too experience this intimacy with Him. Jesus would have us claim Him as our spiritual husband and intends that our desire should be toward Him."

This book is set up a lot like a devotional.  You can pick it up everyday and read it.  Sylvia Hensel wrote the entries right from her heart.  She poured herself into God.  That is something I have been striving to do.  I want to give God every area of my life.  For some reason I still have trouble with that.

This book has captured my heart.  The letters are so tender and loving.  I didn't think it would take me so long to get through this book.  But as I opened the pages I found myself captured by the words.  I also found myself saying, yes exactly!

This book is available where Christian books are sold.  I found it on Christian Book as an ebook for $3.19 or paperback for $9.99.
