Pineapple Dump Cake

I love...I mean love pineapple upside down cake!!  I also love pineapple dump cake.  But had never found a recipe that I liked.  It often had cherry pie filling in it.  That is something my family is not crazy about.  So I thought if I add this and take away that it might just work.  Let me tell you this recipe is the best I have tried.  Everyone liked it and have asked me for more.

Pineapple Dump Cake

1 box yellow cake mix
1 jar pineapple chunks
2 eggs
Cinnamon and Sugar

Mix together cake mix, pineapple with the juice and eggs. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top. I mix the cinnamon and sugar up in large batches because we like it on toast and warm biscuits.  So you just want enough to cover the top of the cake mix generously.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
