Cinnamon Roll Cookie Bars

 

 

Cookie Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix

1/2 cup melted butter

2 eggs

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon

 

Icing Ingredients

2 Tablespoons milk

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Mix all the ingredients until combined well.  Press into a 9x13 pan.  I sprayed the pan with nonstick spray before pressing the dough into it.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

 

When it is done, pour the icing over the top while it is still warm. 

 

This also would make a wonderful cookie recipe.  Just scoop out and place on a cookie sheet.  Bake for about 8-10 minutes.  Then drizzle with icing.
