Sloppy Frank Casserole

Sometimes you just need a very quick go to meal.  This one is a favorite in our family. 

Sloppy Frank Casserole

2 packages hot dogs

1 can sloppy joe sauce

2 boxes corn muffin mixes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cut the hot dogs into small rounds.  Place the hot dogs into a 13 x 9 glass baking pan.  Pour sauce over the hot dogs and mix well.

Mix corn muffin mixes according to package directions.  Pour over hot dogs and sauce. 

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
