A trip back in time...

Today we went to the Genesee Country Museum, it is a living history museum not too far from where we live.
Making candied flowers.

The kiddos.

Rose bush..in the background is the church my husband and I were married at.  I posted about it a while ago.

Hannah enjoying an ice cream.

Katrina enjoying an ice cream.

Andrew enjoying ice cream.

Over looking the grand meadow!  I love the gazebo.

The village square.  We absolutely love it here.

Dyed yarn hanging out to dry.

This is our son Andrew's favorite building...Iron and fire!

Sheep sheering.

Rhubarb Pie...it was interesting to me that is was just rhubarb and sugar, I usually put strawberries.

Andrew feeding the calf.

View from the window inside one of the houses.

Another house...I love this house.

Rhubarb and strawberry jam...YUM!

I have many more pictures..but I won't bore you with them. :-)

Glad you had a fun day. I like to do things like that too. :)
My mom grows her own rhubarb, and makes strawberry rhubarb jam. It is my favorite!!! :)
