Slow Cooking Thursday

Apple Crunch Cobbler

4 MEDUIM-SIZED APPLES, PEELED, CORED, AND SLICED
¼ CUP HONEY
1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
2 CUPS GRANOLA CEREAL, OR HOMEMADE

PLACE APPLES IN BUTTERED SLOW COOKER; COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND SPRINKLE OVER APPLES. COVER AND COOK ON LOW 7-9 HOURS OR ON HIGH 3-4 HOURS. SERVE WITH CREAM OR ICE CREAM.

SERVES 4

I usally double or sometimes triple this recipe. I love the way it makes the house smell. I love apple crisp and this is great in the summer and does not heat up the kitchen!
