Creamy Noodles with Ham

It seems like time just slips away from me faster and faster.  When I get a moment to sit down and type up a blog our internet seems to go down.  I have wanted to type this up for days.  Oh well better late than never.

Creamy Noodles with Ham

1 tablespoon butter
2 cups of diced ham
1 medium onion, diced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of milk
2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 bags extra-wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

In a saucepan place the butter, ham and onion.  Cook until the onion is transparent.  Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk.  Stir until well incorporated.  Bring this mixture to a boil.  Add the cheese and stir until melted.  Pour over the noodles and mix well. 

This was so easy and very good.  It will defiantly be a meal I make again.  It was done in under 30 minutes.
