Cinnamon Pecan Bread {Bread Maker}

I love cinnamon rolls, but really do not like all the time they take to make.  So I thought, hmmm why not place all the ingredients in the bread maker and see what comes out.  The end result was a bread that tastes like a cinnamon roll!!

Cinnamon Pecan Bread

1 1/4 cups of water
3 1/3 cups flour
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon (or more if you really like cinnamon)
1/2 cup pecan pieces
2 teaspoons yeast

Place all the ingredients into the pan of the bread maker in the order given by the manufacturer.  Select the dough setting.

When the dough cycle is done shape into a loaf and place in a bread pan.  Cover loosely and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.  You know a loaf of bread is done by tapping on it.  If it sounds hallow it is done.

You can also do this by hand as well.  I just never have luck with my dough without the bread maker.  I very seldom bake bread in it.  Enjoy this bread with a little powdered sugar glaze drizzled over top of it!

This bread sounds fantastic Jen, I'll definitely have to give it a try.
