Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast Pizza

12 Eggs
1 Pound of sausage or bacon
2 cups cheddar cheese (more or less if you like)
Favorite Pizza Crust, Homemade or otherwise.  I use The Pioneer Woman's recipe for pizza dough.  This is the best one around!!  And it freezes very well.

Spread your dough out onto a large cookie sheet.

Scramble the eggs and cook the sausage or bacon.  Place some of the cheddar cheese on your pizza dough.  Then place the eggs and sausage on your crust.  Add the rest of the cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.  This all depends on your crust and your oven.

Oh my family is going to LOVE it when I tell them Saturday morning we're having pizza for breakfast! I bet the leftovers (if there are any) freeze well, too, and can be crisped up in the toaster oven. Thanks!
