Cooking Thursday

This is something I make all the time.  I am not a recipe writer, my cooking style is more like add a bit of this and a little of this!!  But here goes my attempt.  Any questions just ask.

Mexican Lasagna

Corn tortillas
1 pound hamburger or ground turkey
taco seasoning (1 packet or homemade)
1 jar of taco sauce
shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350.  Cook hamburger in a non stick pan, add taco seasoning at the end.  Add the whole jar of taco seasoning into hamburger.   In a 13x9 pan (sprayed with non stick spray) layer tortillas and hamburger mixture then cheese.  Add another layer of tortillas repeat until all the hamburger is used.  It will depend on how much hamburger you use in each layer as to how many tortilla you will use.  I usually go through one package.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
