This is easily doubled (which is what I do). Also a great way to use up the bottom of the jar peanut butter. Since we usually always have at least 2 jars almost empty I place the jars in the microwave for a few seconds, add some of the liquid from the recipe and place the top on and shake. Serve with asian noodles or even rice. Our children love it!
Asian Crock Pot
5 teaspoons soy sauce
1 (16 ounce) package frozen Asian veggies
3 tablespoons peanut butter
1 pound chicken breast strips
2 cups orange juice
Add all of your ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Give them a good stir.
Place in your crock-pot on medium heat.
Allow to cook for at least 4 hours and up to 8.
Serve alone or over rice.
Yield: 4 servings

Seriously, I have an empty jar of peanut butter and was going to look up a recipe for it. This is so perfect. Thank you for the recipe. I will be trying this soon!
